World of Warcraft has increased in numbers since my last post. 0.07% of the World’s Population play WoW. Thats crazy. Doesn’t seem like much? Well, its 5 million people. What will that number be after Christmas? And yes, WoW has gained me as a subscriber once more…

does anybody here know how to do math? i know this thread is old as hell but i cant believe no one used their calculator to realize that 10,000,000/6,000,000,000 != .07 ???? and 10mil players is a stretch since that number means 10million paid accounts. when you factor in people with multiple accounts and gold selling businesses the number is actually a lot less.
Holy crap, you guys are all crazy. I’m writing an essay on WoW addictions and it’s DEFINITLY a problem. Sorry to burst your guys’ bubbles but IT’S JUST A GAME. You will not die if you can’t play it, in fact, your just wasting time in real life when you play games so obsessively. I’ve seen a friend’s marriage ruined over this, so I kind of feel sorry for you guys.
It would be an even better game if everyone was a little bit less hostile. Too any angry people in this world, lol. Everyone needs to just chill the hell out enjoy the game or don’t and get on with your lives. As far as the addiction thing, anything can be addicting. So just don’t be stupid and take people that may pay for your games for granted. If you have a family and kids and a righteous ride then good for you. WoW is awesome im 16 years old and i have play it since i was 13 years old and it owns! xD i got so much cool and funny memorys from the game but i quit for about 2 month ago because i was going to start with Ageofconan but it sucks!!! DO NOT BUY AGEOFCONAN! waste of money but its cool that 0.7% of the world´s population plays wow xP awesome well cheap this talk up guys!

Well ruining your relationships by WoW is something thats personal problem. I can’t help it if some guy loses his girl for WoW. Sure I didn’t.
Besides WoW is entertainment, like movies. Go tell movie watchers that they are addicted and tell them to stop watching.
