   Okay what’s up?? I started entering PCH when I was in High-School, under the name of Misty L. Buch and Misty L. Clift, and I believe I recived the prize # 1025, and then I got Married and started going under the name Misty L. Bechtol AND then I got assigned the prize # 1170, and under the 1025 I started reciving e-mails that I’d won the $10 million, but after the years went by and I saw NO evicence of the prize patrol showing up on my door step, I KEPT entering in you anyways, and lately I’ve been getting notcies that I’ve won the $5,000 dollars per week for life, and even though I usually get a PCH entry e-mail every day, I DO enter, praying that I DO WIN, because my life has been laid out with SO much diffcultires I FEEL I deserve to win. 6 months after I graduate, I was in a wreck that put me into a Coma for 3 1/2 months, causing me to loose the ability to walk, talk, the use of my left arm/hand, amnisa, and NO hope for my future. BUT you see this long note i’m writing to you, well I’m using my left hand AND arm to type this to you, and it took me about 11 years for me to regain my walking totally by myself, and I regained my TOTAL memery, and what I FEEL about my winning IS totally based in prayer, now!!    I have been entering the PCH since they told me about it via e-mail. It’s not costing me anything to enter. We could use the money too. Property taxes are very high and we just can’t afford to live in our house anymore. So that’s why we have our house up for sale. My comment to you,Misty, is keep entering. If you have enough faith in God,He will give you the things that you need,and not want. We have been doing fine so far. My husband lost his job on May 4th of this year and still doesn’t have anything. But God will,and has, supply our needs. Reply to this comment.

   I have been entering the PCH sweepstakes since “Day 1.” I have never won anything. PCH said to “keep trying” and now thousands of dollars later I’m still trying to WIN. I’ve never given up! STUPID? This is the 1st comments made - there were no prior ones. Reply to this comment.

    You know, of all the replies I’ve seen here, only two seem to really have the right attitude. “There is no harm in trying.” “You can’t win unless you enter.” There is NEVER a guarantee with any lottery, and PCH even less so, because they don’t require purchases to win. Most lotteries require the purchase of a ticket. We all know the sob stories, and they aren’t really going to get you any closer to winning. PCH doesn’t care that your family is struggling financially, they don’t care that your kid has cancer, and they don’t care that you are working three jobs to keep food on the table. It’s not their job to care. You want help? Go find local assistance, and stop wasting your time hoping for a lottery win. I know that sounds harsh, but it’s the cold truth of reality. If you can’t enjoy this as just the fun fantasy experience that it is, you shouldn’t be entering. With any luck (because luck is the only thing that will determine a winner here), the winner will be someone who needs and/or deserves this money. Reply to this comment.

    I tooo would like to know who won the Feb. 29th 2008?????? I too- (call it wishful thinking)… thought it was gonna be me! I’m from Utah and the way the Publisher’s Clearing House marketed the notice sent to me… they said it would be a winner in MY town, and all the local radio/TV stations, would know about it and advertise the winner. I went online to the local broadcasting and saw no news about anything! Even though on the “winning number notice” that they send out stating ‘if you order things- it’s NOT gonna help our chances in winning’ but, lets all be honest… we still order their dumb stuff because we think it ‘I don’t know- might keep our names in their heads and favor us???’ LOL- ya it sucks huh?     I have been entering pch so called giveaways since july 2008. I have been told, winner would be decided first on july 4, then memorial day, labor day,then february 29,2008,that hasn’t happened. I was told the initials L C,would definitly be declared a winner, so far that is bull. someone should sue pch for false advertisement and causing emotional problems for lots of people.     I too have been entering pch.They do things like send you an email with your name on a million dollar check.That whole bull with the initials,hometown,radio station,ect.I have alot of bad things happen to me that would make you all cry.But I choose not to glorify the bad, and think about the good.I know winning wont solve everthing.Yes, I know the entry is free.I also know it’s like that lottery.But the lottery at least tells you who won the jackpot.They don’t give you the full info of course.I think that maybe pch should be investigated.Looking at all the people the told the same thing to.Makes me believe that pch in misleading.     Who won the FEB.29th sweeps? Well did anyone see it announced on the news? Like they say. I tuned in that night and never saw. Gee could it be they are full of bull? I am still getting E-mails stating that I need to enter before Feb 28th, March 7th, March 12, now it’s March 14th. All for giveaway 1170. Look at their rules. they keep changing the date it will be given. Now they state it is in May 2008. But then you see another date for Feb. 29th 2009! At this very moment they are being sued for fraud in over 30 states and have been ordered to pay so far over 21,000,000,000. So I guess the lawyers are the winners here. Because none of this money will the people see for the fraud commited against individuals. I want, no I demand an answer from PCH “who is the winner “? They waste peoples time with their bull@!*<. And should be held responible for the fraud perpetrated against the American people and be put out of business permanently.     Well I have been entering the PCH for years and never won a thing. I do agree that there is no harm in trying but I have done some research on them. They have actually been sued a couple times and have been in trouble for promising winnings to elderly people that spend thousand on their cheap crappy products. The only reason they send out entries is try to sell their magazines and other products. I havent heard of a winner yet. Oh and someone in here in my home town with the initials MT where suppose to win on February 29,2008 too so it is a big lie. Reply to this comment.

    No one won. At least not yet. One of the “fun” things about this type of giveaway is that they don’t HAVE to have a winner. The winner is determined based on a random drawing of a particular ID number, which may or may not be sent out. Each link in those emails you click on identifies you with a particular ID. If that ID is drawn, you win. If not, you don’t. Here’s the catch… If they send out 1,000,000 IDs with the beginning 3 markers of IK4 and the winning number is labeled as “ID3″, no one wins. They continue it, and keep reaping the benefits of us signing up and buying stuff :) To recap: NO ONE WON on 2/29. NO ONE IS GOING TO WIN.     I keep getting emails for all sorts of sweepstakes and I can’t even submit my entry because there is no submit button on the page! I complained to them, they said it must be my computer and that I can enter by going to the website pch.com Those entries you can’t get past an offer to buy anything to submit your entry with out “forfeiting” your “chance” of winning if you don’t fill out a book or magazine offer! They say there is no need to purchase anything, but that is wrong,I don’t know how they get away with the fraud and scams. Reply to this comment.

    Bloody hell. I have been entering these PCH contests form the Million Dollar one to the PCH Lotto to BLINGO since 1977. Do you know what I have won. NOT ONE DAMN THING! I think these “WINNERS” are all shills and if they are not shills they are people that either are too ruddy old to collect the entire amount they have “WON” before they die or they are people that DO NOT NEED THE MONEY AND THEY GIVE IT BACK TO THEM! I have no other way to explain the lack of NORMAL, EVERYDAY people winning these “CONTESTS!” PCH DOES NOT INTEND TO LET ANYONE THAT REALLY NEEDS THIS MONEY TO WIN ANY OF THEIR “CONTESTS!” I live on a dinky $691.00 a month from Social Security Disability. I try to make my rent, get food for myself and my wee cats, and pay power, phone, internet and because there is no TV reception here in Durant, WI, I have to toss in satalite and I am allways robbing Peter to pay Paul. Right now, because it has been so cold this winter, my power bill is up to over $400.00. Even with all the help I got from State energy payment deals and the energy moratoreum, come April 15th I am in VERY DEEP, VERY THICK YOGURT!     Hey there, boy and girls! I live in Canada, GTA. Well, I recieved a “tagged” envelope from PCH with tones of flyers , stamps and entering forms. It didn’t ask me to buy anything nor it contante any cheques, just offerd that crap on the flyers (it said : you dont have to buy anything, but even if you want, pick and order it today and pay later).With all this pch scams going on I’m not sure if it’s real or not???? It gave me the date they’ll be in my area, prize potrol person name, even the tv station they’ll be in contact to cover the event!!! Yeh, they also promoting new contest called “First name contest”…anybody heard of it? Plus what alert me is that address I’m expected URGENTLY reply before APRIL 16th is located in Toronto!     The PCH is real. It’s like gambeling, but all you do is enter. When gambling,you have to have the money right then. You might win and you might not win. The way I see it the more you blingo, the more chances you have in winning. If you want something badly enough, just keep searching and it helps to pray also…I blingo every morning.     Last I heard #1170 was awarding 10 million now on 4/15/08 anouncing on CNN. before that 3/17/08 on Dan Rathers…….what happen ? Now it is set for 5/31/08 Memorial Day and now it is 7 Million..what happened? What happens if they do show up and your room mates lie to the Prize Patrol and say you died or moved ? would the Prize Patrol investigate or validate the lie ? My roommates were angry when I said I prayed and asked God to Bless me with the winning number Since HE is the only one to give the power to get wealth. They said I would not win because their mother waited and hoped and prayed and expected to win for 40 years.     I had Blingo as my home page. I did movie tickets twice. Once they sent me my tickets and once they didn’t. Now Blingo SUCKS. They no longer use GOOGLE as their main serch engine.     I have been entering PCH contests for over 20 years. and I have not won anything. Never heard of anyone in the south winning. But always see people in nice big houses in places up north and like the one entry here Nebraska. Now they start MAKING me search BLINGO to be in the contests and I hate that. ONE, I am a Google person for life or until there is no more Google. Two, There use to be no more requirement then to click the links in the email and be entered, but you were forced to see whatever page they wanted you to see. I then complained about BLINGO, a stupid name, so what happens, they change the name to PCHSearch. BUT YOU ARE STILL FORCED TO SEARCH TO ENTER THE CONTEST ,,, WELL THAT JUST SUCKS.     I too am waiting. I am disabled and eat strictly from food banks, the kindness of others pay my utilities and I worry from about the 5th of each month that no “extra” problem shows up that could cause my financial situation to get any worse (is that really possible?) I too play everyday and have for more years than I can remember and I too wonder if ANYONE really wins. But as I have more time than money I will keep playing.     ive entered since july 2006 i lived in north carolina recently married i ve been entering and getting emails from pch i responded ive got nothing back then 2006 i recemtly got married i was hoping to win to buy house , unexpected we had to move to las vegas with my mother n law becuz my husband lost his job we had no money,wen we got there one month in vegas i got pregnant i had no insurance so i had to pay my obgyn cash i got a loan to pay it since mcaid denied me twice during pregnancy, finally dec 2007 baby was born i still lived with my mother nlaw i tryed again mcaid to help me they denied me so now im in debt $ with the bank , im in collections in the hospital bcuz i have no money couldnt apply for another loan i cant work bcuz my baby was born sick, and my mother n law kicked us out so now were in a bad condition wutever my husband make with his job barely pays rent , car insurance , gas , water. PLease i hope these people from pch read this i need the money to get out in debt and have money to take my son to do test why he stills has acid reflux hes going to be 7 months he wieghs 15 lbs and 24in my pediactric says he is small .     I have been playing for years myself. But, I do this as a hobby. I do not make it my mission in life to win. After I get home from a hard days work, I search on Blingo, and send in the snail mail packets that I get once in a while from PCH. I do everything I have to do to win. I figure, if I win, GREAT, if I don’t, then I will just keep playing, until the day, I find it extremely boring, and hopeless. I mean, there is always Bingo at the local casino, lotto tickets (which I usually ALWAYS win, even if its just 10 bucks), and other sites, or organizations like PCH, if not bigger that you can play on. The key word is, PLAY! Not TRY. I am getting a little bored of entering with PCH, Blingo and doing all those packets with all the stamps and stickers, that you have to find in all the hundreds of ads. But, I am happy for those who have won. And I just hope to be the next. I do believe it is random, not planned. Remember, there are MILLIONS of people in MANY states that are trying just as hard as you. That is why, I think I would sometimes prefer to go to a different site, one that is not so big. I hope I win, I also have some issues in life. If I didn’t I wouldn’t be playing. But, that is why I keep my full time job, and my faith in it. Don’t make winning big money your focus in life.
