Is is possible to start some type of class-action lawsuit against this?

If you do any research about this, the passport agency asked for public comments about this last year, and 98.5% came back negative. isn’t the US government a democracy? What happened to BY THE PEOPLE???? it’s blindingly clear that THE PEOPLE don’t want this!!!! 98.5%, if that’s not an adequate majority, what the F is?

Anyone know how to start a class-action lawsuit?

I major problem here is that no matter what our laws say, you are guilty until proven innocent in modern US society. If you were accused of the crime and in fact had been victim of identity theft, most people in the community would consider that you getting off on a technicality, but were still guilty of whatever you didn’t do…

I just got me passport today, thankfully there is no RFID! Even better is that it is valid until 2016 so I’m clear until then…
