My Little Demon
Ducky Chicken Finger is my kitten. On August 18th he joined our family. When we brought the little stray into our home he was a little, pitiful, flea infested kitten but now that we have had him for about 3 weeks he has shown his true colors to my wife and me. We see that it was all a guise to come into our home and he is actually a demon…but we love him anyways.
At first glance from a distance (and let me emphasize a distance) this kitten looks like any other kitten. He’s small, a little pudgy, and has a curious look in his eyes. He seems to be a happy and healthy kitten. Desipite his appearance, there are a few things about Ducky Chicken Finger that everyone should know:
- This kitten has ADHD
- This kitten does NOT sleep
- This kitten loves to hear the word ‘No’ and will attack you over and over and over and over just to hear the lovely word
- This kitten is NOT afraid of the ’spray bottle’ (our disciplinary tool)
- This kitten eats human flesh
- This kitten is the spawn of satan

Posted: Feb 8th, 2007 at 12:56 pmReply to this comment.Your cat looks cute, my kitten had ADHD and she was a wild one! The kitty just wants to be in the “lets play all day” stage she will grow out of it dont worry!! Its normal for the little cute creature toot sleep SHE WANTS TO PARTAY!!!!!
As for the spray bottle this may mean te kitten is a fearless little one! Cats really like balls and toys, try getting a toy that she can play with on her own to give you a break.
Giving Ducky long strokes should calm her down, all kittens are curious tryng to figure out what the frig is here, give it time!!5 -

He very much reminds me of a kitten I had about 8 years ago, both in appearance and behavior. His personality was so apparent that the first day I got him I named him mischief.
Please try to enjoy this feline. I would love to get one like him again. Cuddly lap cats are also very nice to have, and aloof cats are boring, but cats like yours are a rare gem.7
thanks for the link to more backstory about this fascinating lil creature! i’ve grown up with cats all my life (weirdly, they are almost always black) and just adore them - i so love Ducky’s fire - can just see the neurons connecting and growing! i have the feeling Ducky will grow up to be one super-smart wise guru of a cat … on flickr i really loved seeing Scout and Ducky together - Scout must have the patience of a saint!
wee Ducky is gorgeous, and makes me wish we’d taken more pics of our lil monster when she was growing up. anything we do happen to have of those days is just a black blur of teeth and fur.
