I am a new father (as I’ve mentioned before) and was privy to the a glorious new holiday…Father’s Day! w00t! On that day, my daughter (…fine…and my wife) hooked me up with some sweet grilling tools. I am now the proud owner of a new black grilling apron that features the phrase: “Charred to perfection by the king of the grill,” as well as some fancy flames at the bottom. Along with the apron comes a grilling mitt featuring the same flames and the phrase: “Burned by the best dad in the world.”
Of particular note is my new Meat Mark-It Personalized Steak Branding Iron which I skillfully put to use making my new famous Bork Chops. Simply grill the chops as normal, heat the iron, press into the meat, serve with awesomeness. Seen here:
